Preferred to Open 9 New Hotels in 2022

Next year is going to be active for Preferred Hotel & Resorts, the largest independent hotel brand in the world. The company is going to open 9 new hotels in different parts of the world. Each of these unique hotels, resorts, and residences will have its own authentic charm and connection to the local culture. Beach resorts, ski resorts, historic hotels, and even a national landmark converted into a new luxury hotel in Oslo – Preferred has something for everyone.

In June, the company will open a hotel on Lake Como, Italy. Passalacqua is a historic hotel open in an 18th-century mansion built by Count Andrea Lucini Passalacqua. In different years, the mansion welcomed many famous guests, including Napoleon Bonaparte and Winston Churchill. The ultra-luxury hotel will have only 24 suites. Passalacqua will offer boat rides from the private dock, an open-air gym in the olive grove, a swimming pool near the lake, a restaurant with food from the local farms, and various spa treatments.

The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel in Hong Kong is set to open in summer 2022. This eco-conscious resort enjoys a prime location near Ocean Park and Victoria Harbor. Targeted at a wide audience including business travelers, families, couples, and friends, the hotel will have 425 guest rooms, most of which will offer wonderful views of the South China Sea. There will be special themed rooms for guests with children and two signature suites with private pools. The Fullerton Ocean Park will also feature four restaurants with different cuisines, an infinity pool and a lagoon pool for kids outdoors, an indoor play zone for kids, a fitness center, and a spa.

Preferred will open one more hotel in summer – sly Berlin. This 150-room hotel in Friedrichshain neighborhood will occupy four renovated buildings with the shared open courtyard and a large greenhouse. The hotel will feature a restaurant with an open kitchen and grill, a modern gym, and a rooftop sauna with striking city views.

In September 2022, the Sommerro hotel in Oslo will start operating in a carefully restored 1930s Art Deco building. This building is a true landmark of Frogner, a historic neighborhood of the Norwegian capital. A multi-million-dollar renovation carefully turned the largest preservation project in Norway into a modern hotel with 231 rooms, including 56 residences. Preferred will open five more hotels in 2022, namely, The Wall Street Hotel in New York, Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences on Singer Island (Florida, the US), TOA Hotel & Spa in Zanzibar, Pendry hotel in Washington, and Pendry Park City hotel in Utah.
