Savoy Opens a Hotel in Madeira

The Portuguese island of Madeira doesn’t have many new hotel openings, so it is even more exciting when the hotel supply increases. Savoy Signature, the leading hotelier on the island, announced the opening of a new property. This time, it’s a hotel in Funchal, the beautiful capital of the Madeira archipelago.

The NEXT Hotel Funchal is a modern hotel targeted at millennial-mindset people who love tech. At the same time, the new hotel has a deep connection with the culture of Madeira and its local community. Savoy Hotels is famous for its authentic properties with unique character, and the new hotel in Funchal is no exception. The industrial elements of décor are in contrast with the calming sea views, while the rooftop pool and excellent facilities promise premium hotel experiences.

Today, there is a growing trend of working remotely, and NEXT understands this, offering a special co-working area and many public areas suitable for digital nomads who need a comfortable sitting. After booking, guests can install a hotel app for extended functionality. The hotel’s look was developed by RH+ Architects, and the interior design is the responsibility of ISWORKROOM.
