The famous IceHotel open in online interactive mode this year

Over the years, the unique Jukkasjärvi IceHotel has become a real world attraction. This season it opened for the 31st time, every year the hotel is rebuilt and decorated with unique ice decorations. The main feature is that it is built entirely from ice.

Huge blocks of ice are carved on the nearby Torne River, attracting some of the world's most talented designers and architects every year. This season, 12 unique rooms have been prepared for the guests, decorated with spectacular ice sculptures. Travelers who will not be able to visit the hotel this year due to a difficult epidemiological situation will have the opportunity to "walk" in the hotel thanks to its interactive model.

A beautiful interactive model has been developed on the official website of the hotel, which allows you to inspect all rooms and public spaces of IceHotel. Each room has a unique thematic design; in addition to ice sculptures, the rooms are decorated with artistic lighting. The rooms are kept at temperatures from -5 to -8 degrees Celsius. The hotel in Jukkasjärvi will be opened until the end of winter.

A variety of exciting services are available to travelers who can physically spend a few days at the hotel. All hotel guests have access to the sauna, which features an ice bath and a jacuzzi. The hotel has a unique ice bar, where all interior items are also completely made of ice. The bar offers a huge selection of cocktails, all of which are served in ice dishes.

The rooms for guests are equipped with beautiful beds, they are also completely carved from blocks of ice. To make your stay as comfortable and cozy as possible, the beds are made with reindeer skins, and the sleeping places are equipped with first-class sleeping bags. The Jukkasjärvi hotel also has ordinary warm rooms with a bathroom and full technical equipment; all guests have the opportunity to relax in a beautiful ice lounge. Guests of the ice hotel can diversify their vacation with popular winter activities: dog sledding, skiing, visiting the ice skating rink and walking in the winter forest.
