Olivier de Geffrier, the entrepreneur and hotelier specializing in hotels in Paris, has revealed his plans concerning the opening a chain of boutique-hotels in the capital of France later this year. He plans to open 10 hotels, which will add up approximately 500 guestrooms.
Currently there is a series of urban development restrictions in Paris that makes the building of new hotels almost impossible, but this doesn’t stop de Geffrier, who engages investors to participate in this project and buy the existing hotels. The entrepreneur, who is also known as the founder of the Paris-Rez.net booking website, seeks investors to participate in his boutique-hotels in Paris initiative.
The properties are planned for opening in popular tourist destinations of Paris. The first hotel is scheduled to open its doors in the middle of this year. The property will be located in a popular Latin Quarter.
