Infodesks are located in all three terminals. Uniformed information representatives are on hand to help with enquiries. Information lines are also available for Terminals 1 and 2 (tel: 416 247 7678) and Terminal 3 (tel: 416 776 5100).
Available Facilities and Services
Money withdrawal and Communication facilities: There is a bank on the Arrivals level of Terminal 2. Bureaux de change are situated in Terminals 1 and 2 and ATMs, telephones and Internet access facilities can be found in all terminals.
Cafe and restaurants: Bars and restaurants are located throughout the airport.
Shopping facilities: There are numerous shops at the airport, including duty-free.
Luggage services: A porter service is available from International Skycap Services (tel: 905 677 0909). Left-luggage facilities are available at all terminals. Trolleys are available throughout the terminals and parking garages.
Other services: A counselling service is available for all passengers. Multi-denominational chapels, medical emergency clinics and baby change facilities are located in all terminals. A nursery is situated in the basement level of Terminal 1.
Car Parking Info
There are over 11,000 parking spaces at the airport. The new Terminal 1 has some 9,000 spaces in a new parking garage. Terminals 2 and 3 also have car parking facilities with direct access to the terminals. There is a reduced rate car park connected to the airport terminals by a free wheelchair-accessible shuttle bus service.

Highway 409, south of Highway 427, has been converted into a dedicated Airport Access Road.

How to reach: By Taxi: The tariff for taxis and limousines to/from the airport is based on metered rates, with updated tariffs and company listings available on the airport website. By Bus: Public bus services are provided by the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) (tel: 416 393 4636; website: www.city.toronto.on.ca/ttc/index.htm). No. 192 Airport Rocket runs daily to Toronto (journey time: 20 minutes). The Airport Express (tel: 800 387 6787; website: www.torontoairportexpress.com) is a 24-hour service running to downtown Toronto and several major hotels. There are other bus and coach services to Toronto and surrounding areas. Information is available from the ground transportation desks in the Arrivals hall of each terminal.
